About Shawn

Shawn Stewart focuses his practice on family law and civil litigation. He was the co-creator and inaugural President of the Windsor Family Law Society, and in October 2023 he and his team argued successfully at the Ontario Court of Appeal. His family practice covers separation, divorce, child and spousal support, and adoption, while his civil work covers contract breaches, real estate litigation, defamation, and some personal injury.
