TSC Law Professional Corporation is a corporate, commercial, and real estate law firm headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, with a second office in Hamilton. The firm was established in 2012 by founding partner Tejdeep S. Chattha, who holds a BComm and LLB from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario bar in 2008. Two more partners joined afterward. Both were called to the Ontario bar in 2016, and each holds a JD from the University of Windsor as well as a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy.

TSC Law acts as approved counsel for chartered banks, credit unions, and trust companies on secured lending and financing, and it represents developers and investors on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. The firm also handles residential purchases, sales, and mortgage transactions for homebuyers, sellers, and lenders. A recurring part of its corporate work is healthcare professionals: TSC Law advises dentists and veterinarians on incorporations, practice purchases and sales, and employment contracts, and its blog keeps separate categories for dental law and veterinary law alongside general business law posts.
