Tamur T. Shah takes on the most serious personal injury files, with particular focus on catastrophic injury and traumatic brain injury cases. These are cases that can change a family's future, and he handles them personally from intake through resolution. He has recovered millions of dollars for injured clients in claims against major insurers and prepares each file to withstand scrutiny, taking matters to trial when needed. His court experience ranges from Small Claims Court up through the Superior Court of Justice, as well as the Federal Court and tribunals such as the Licence Appeal Tribunal. His practice also covers serious motor vehicle collisions, long-term disability denials, and pedestrian and slip-and-fall claims.
