About Muraad

Muraad T. Shah works directly with injured clients on the full spectrum of personal injury claims, ranging from motor vehicle collisions and serious negligence cases to long-term disability and workplace injury matters. Clients deal with him personally throughout their file rather than being handed off to a case manager. He prepares each matter as though it were headed to trial, a mindset he says gives clients the strongest position when settling on fair terms. His courtroom experience covers both the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. His practice also extends to dog bites and other animal-attack injuries, and he belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association.
