Tamara Scarowsky is the founding partner of Savia Legal, practising family and estate law as a lawyer, mediator, and collaborative counsel. She helps clients resolve family and estate matters through practical, forward-thinking approaches and is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer. She is also an advocate in family law litigation, having appeared at all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada, though she typically recommends the court process only as a last resort and is selective about the litigation files she takes.
