Tamar Boghossian is a founding partner of Boghossian Morais LLP and a founding member of the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association. Her practice covers all aspects of immigration law, including temporary residence, permanent residence, citizenship, and business immigration, and she has represented clients before all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and the Federal Court of Canada. Before founding the firm, she practiced immigration law for four years at another Ottawa firm, and earlier worked in the pharmaceutical industry and interned with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Rome. Tamar holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Dalhousie University, a Licence en Droit Civil, and a Juris Doctor, both from the University of Ottawa. She is also a part-time professor at Algonquin College's Paralegal Ontario College Graduate Certificate Program, and practices in English and French.
