About Brian

Brian Gallagher attended McMaster University before earning his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, and practised family law, real estate, and estate planning in Cayuga for more than 40 years. He served as Deputy Justice in Cayuga for 30 years beginning in 1988, and is recognized as one of Ontario's longest-serving Deputy Justices. His Cayuga firm, Slimon Gallagher Law, merged with Benedict, Ferguson & Marshall in January 2023 when he retired.
