About Sylvie

Sylvie Malenfant has focused on family law since the start of her practice, drafting legal procedures and out-of-court agreements, negotiating settlements, and appearing in court on behalf of clients. She has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, where she drafted letters patent, bylaws, internal policies, and complaint and non-violence policies, and has participated in conflict negotiations on their behalf. Malenfant also volunteers as a Scout leader and gives talks on family law to community groups, including a breastfeeding clinic, family resource centres, and a seniors' organization in Laval.
