About Sylvie

Sylvie A. Bourgeois has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1991 and is a graduate of McGill University, the University of Ottawa and Université de Sherbrooke. She advises individuals and businesses in civil, commercial and family matters, and pleads before administrative tribunals, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal. Her areas of focus include health law (medical liability, tutorship and curatorship), civil law (contracts, successions, insurance, civil liability), construction law (latent defects, legal hypothec) and family law (divorce, child custody, support, negotiated settlements).
