About Francis

Francis Le Borgne graduated from the Université de Montréal's Faculté de Droit in 1983 and was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1984. After articling in 1985 in the criminal and penal division of the Centre Communautaire Juridique de Montréal, he built a private practice exclusively in criminal and penal law at several Montreal firms. In 2011 he co-founded Raby, Dubé, Le Borgne with Serge Raby and Richard Dubé. He has appeared before every level of Quebec's criminal courts, from municipal courts to the Court of Appeal, and has served on the board of the Association des Avocat(e)s de la Défense de Montréal since 2014 and the general council of the Association Québécoise des Avocats et Avocates de la Défense since 2016.
