About Frédéric

Frédéric Levasseur has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1992. Levasseur holds an LL.B. (1991) and a master's degree in international commercial law (1996), both from Université de Montréal, and completed tax training with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1998. Levasseur is co-founder and president of Groupe RDL Solutions Juridiques Québec inc., practising business law, commercial transactions and corporate reorganizations from the Québec office. Before founding a practice in Plessisville that grew into Groupe RDL, Levasseur worked in private practice in the Québec region and held a legal director role at a communications and marketing firm.
