About Gabriel

Gabriel Amar founded Amar Legal Inc. in 2022 after working at various firms and serving as legal counsel and strategic advisor to one of the largest private real estate organizations in Canada. He focuses on real estate, corporate, and commercial law and has coordinated and counseled clients on domestic and cross-border transactions collectively exceeding several billion dollars. Amar holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and Bachelor of Laws from McGill University (2015) and was admitted to the Quebec bar in 2018.
