About Sumera

Sumera Bawa founded Ms. Bawa Law Office and practises exclusively in family law, handling all types of family-related matters. She completed her articles at an established Calgary family law firm and was called to the bar in 2022, after which she worked at a prominent Calgary law firm before starting her own practice. She has represented clients before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice. Sumera is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association, and speaks English, Hindi and Urdu.
