Steven Fix is a partner and co-founder of Fix & Smith who has practiced criminal defence in Edmonton for nearly 30 years. He represents clients facing charges including murder, conspiracy, drug offences, impaired driving, weapons offences, sexual assault, aggravated assault, theft, fraud, tax evasion and avoidance, securities fraud, and import, export, and excise tax violations. He grounds his practice in the presumption of innocence and the Crown's burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
