About Stephen

A partner at Lighthouse Family Law LLP in Toronto, Stephen Eaton practises family law and works as a mediator. He began his legal education at York University's Osgoode Hall Law School, where he met Jessica Polis, with whom he later co-founded the firm; he also holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. He has argued cases before both the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and serves as an executive member of the Ontario Bar Association's Family Law Group. Before joining Lighthouse, he started his own family law practice in 2013, and he has also served on tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Fire Safety Commission.
