About Stéphanie

Stéphanie Levert is a business lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in executive roles in the technology and medical imaging sectors. Levert is recognized for work in mergers and acquisitions, change management, strategic planning, corporate governance and privacy protection. Levert began a legal career at CGI Group as a commercial lawyer before becoming a business engineering director, later led the legal department at Radialpoint, and spent ten years as general counsel at Intelerad Medical Systems. After more than 20 years in-house, Levert turned to corporate consulting, advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and on legal and regulatory optimization before joining Delegatus. Levert holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal along with an MBA and a graduate diploma in management from HEC Montréal.
