About Stéphane

Stéphane Émard-Chabot was called to the Ontario bar in 1993, served two terms on Ottawa City Council before entering active practice in 2000, and has acted as external legal counsel for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities since 2008, appearing before appellate courts including the Supreme Court of Canada.
