Stéphane Comtois earned his law degree at Université de Sherbrooke in 1999 and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec the following year. He began his career as a criminal defence lawyer with the firm and became a partner in 2011. He served as a councillor with the Barreau de Richelieu from 2013 to 2015, is a member of the AQAAD and the AADM, and practises exclusively in criminal and penal law.
