About Francis

Francis Savaria was called to the bar in 2015 after completing a law degree at the Université du Québec à Montréal. He began as an articling student at the firm, then known as Hévey, Williams, Comtois, and now practises exclusively in criminal and penal law. He represents people accused of Criminal Code offences, drug offences and cannabis-related offences, and clients facing provincial offence tickets under the Highway Safety Code, tobacco tax legislation and liquor offences legislation, as well as young people accused under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He is a member of the AQAAD and the AADM and regularly attends training to stay current on legal developments.
