About Stefania
Stefania Garlicka holds a Juris Doctor from Queen's University Belfast, where her dissertation examined the intersection of criminal law and property rights, and undergraduate degrees in Psychology and French from the University of Calgary. She has experience in behavioural health research and corporate matters alongside her family law practice, and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta. At Queen's University Belfast she won the 'Best Advocate' award at the Moot Competition and was named 'Graduate of the Year' by the Students' Union. She volunteers with the Elizabeth Fry Society of Calgary, Calgary Legal Guidance, the Calgary Dream Centre, and the Calgary Youth Justice Society.
