About Stanislas

Stanislas Bricka founded Bricka Avocat inc. in 2003 and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2002. Before practising law, he ran several businesses and worked as a construction contractor, giving him a practical understanding of business and construction issues that he brings to his clients. He also worked for several years as legal counsel at the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) and at the Barreau du Québec. He regularly lectures business audiences, both landlords and tenants, on negotiating and terminating commercial leases, and authored a major legal text on the subject, Le louage immobilier - Les baux commerciaux (Éditions Yvon Blais, 2015), along with several articles on commercial leasing, franchising and real estate brokerage law.
