About Stacey
Stacey Bothwell is a partner in the Business Law team at Siskinds and chairs the firm's Board of Directors. She advises clients on setting up and running a business, including mergers and acquisitions, and on protecting intellectual property rights; she's also a registered trademark agent. Her practice extends to information technology, privacy, anti-spam compliance, and data security, spanning industries such as food, automotive, software, entertainment, and sports. She counsels clients on complying with federal and provincial consumer protection and privacy laws, recognizing how valuable personal information and customer data can be to a business. Stacey was called to the Ontario bar in 2002 after studying at Western University, and belongs to the Middlesex and Lambton Law Associations. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada from 2019 through 2026.
