About Spencer

Spencer Schmidt is the Managing Lawyer at Stonebridge Law in Duncan, BC, practising estate planning and administration, real estate, and business law. He grew up in the area and returned to Duncan to continue the practice of longtime local lawyer Robert Whittome after practising litigation and family law at a firm in Abbotsford. He later practised with Coleman Fraser Whittome Lehan Schmidt before founding Stonebridge Law to make legal services more accessible in the Cowichan Valley. Outside the office, he coaches youth soccer and volunteers with his local church congregation.
