Spencer Marks is a condominium lawyer who advises condominium corporations, boards, property managers and unit owners on governance matters, bylaw enforcement, collections and dispute resolution. He also maintains a broad litigation practice covering commercial lease enforcement, contract and shareholder disputes, debt recovery, construction law, estate litigation, employment law, privacy matters and real estate litigation. Spencer earned his JD from the University of Alberta in 2020, following a Bachelor of Commerce from MacEwan University, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2021. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three young children.
