About Simmarjit
Simmarjit K. Madaan practises commercial real estate and leasing, business purchase and sale, franchising, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates. She earned her LL.B. from Panjab University in Chandigarh, India and an LL.M. in corporate law, and was called to the Bar of India in 1998. She was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2009 and to the Law Society of Ontario in 2017.
