About Shyama

Shyama Talukdar is a litigator and advocate focused on union-side labour, employment, human rights, and administrative law, and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board. Before joining Paliare Roland in 2022, she worked at a global firm as a labour and employment associate. She holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019, and was admitted to the firm's partnership in January 2026.
