About Shivaan

Shivaan De Silva is an associate at Long Family Law Group LLP. Shivaan earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Alberta before completing a Juris Doctor with honours from Bond University in Australia through the program at the University of Saskatchewan. Shivaan has been called to the bars of Ontario (2014), British Columbia (2015), and Alberta (2016), and has practiced family law along with entertainment law, insurance, business and not-for-profit law, internet and technology law, and intellectual property. Shivaan has appeared on family law matters at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Court of Appeal.
