Sara Robinson obtained her LL.B. at the University of British Columbia and was called to the BC Bar in 2009, then practised at a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver in insurance, tort, and employment law. She established her own legal research firm in 2015 and returned to Ontario in 2016, where she was called to the Ontario Bar and expanded into a solo solicitor's practice in 2018. She is the Legal Member of the University of Waterloo's Human Research Ethics Board.
