About Shawn

Shawn Patenaude leads Shawn Patenaude Law, offering a general practice in real estate, farm business and succession planning, corporate and business law, debt collection and judgment enforcement, and estate planning and administration. He is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, holding both a law degree and a commerce degree with studies in economics and financial planning. Shawn has participated in several commercial litigation matters, including two landmark cases decided by the Supreme Court of Canada, Bank of Montreal v. Innovation Credit Union and Royal Bank of Canada v. Radius Credit Union, both decided in 2010.
