About Ani

Ani Zheku is an associate at Sultan Lawyers who works with employers and employees on employment law and workplace immigration matters, including severance negotiations, wrongful and constructive dismissal, harassment, human rights claims, and work permits. She earned a Canadian Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and an American Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy, and previously worked as an interpreter for the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Before joining Sultan Lawyers, she articled at a full-service firm in Windsor, gaining experience in employment, labour, litigation, and corporate law. In addition to her native Albanian, she speaks French, Italian, and Spanish.
