About Shahnaz

Shahnaz Jamal is the founder and principal of Jamal Law Group. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from the University of British Columbia and her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. After articling with a national law firm, she was called to the bar in both British Columbia and Alberta and has practised for close to 20 years, with more than 16 years focused on family law. She holds certifications as a mediator, arbitrator, and parenting coordinator, and her practice covers all aspects of family law, including marriage agreements, divorce, separation agreements, and parenting arrangements, with a focus on resolving disputes for her clients.
