About Kanika

Kanika Bajaj is an associate lawyer at Jamal Law Group and a dual-licensed lawyer in good standing with the Bar Council of Delhi, India, and the Law Society of British Columbia. She began her legal career in India 13 years ago, following two of her elder sisters into the legal profession, and was inspired in part by her eldest sister's work as counsel in a landmark Indian Supreme Court family law case that introduced a new ground for divorce.
