Sentil Thomson leads Nextstep Law and focuses exclusively on representing individuals in employment law matters, including terminations, severance negotiations, and workplace conflict. Thomson previously practiced workplace disputes, mental health claims, and severance strategy at a downtown Toronto employment law firm before founding Nextstep Law. Thomson holds a B.A. and a J.D. and works on a contingency fee basis, meaning clients do not pay unless a settlement is reached.
