About Sebastian
Sebastian Duff is a partner whose practice is dedicated entirely to family law. His litigation work covers property claims, disputes over decision-making and access, and issues of child and spousal support. While he regularly appears before the Superior Court, he's also skilled at alternative dispute resolution and enjoys negotiating toward a domestic contract. Sebastian belongs to the Collaborative Practice Durham Region, the Durham Region Lawyers' Association and the Advocates' Society, and he volunteers at Luke's Place Pro Bono Legal Clinic. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from Royal Roads University and a law degree from Cardiff University in the UK, and he was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013. Before that, he worked for a global reinsurance company in London and with a family law practitioner in Vancouver.
