About Scott

Scott maintains a broad commercial litigation practice at TGF, appearing before all levels of court in Ontario as well as arbitral and regulatory tribunals. His caseload includes insolvency and restructuring disputes such as transfers at undervalue, fraudulent conveyances, contested receiverships, and priority fights. He also handles real property matters like adverse possession, easements, and nuisance claims, plus shareholder disputes under both the Ontario and federal business corporations statutes. Scott regularly represents public and private companies in construction litigation, covering residential, commercial, highway, and transit infrastructure projects. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, and the Toronto Lawyers Association, and sits on the Advocates' Society's Mid-Career Advocates' Standing Committee.
