Scott Johnston brings over 23 years of business and real estate law experience as a solicitor advising on corporate and commercial matters, share and asset purchase and sale transactions, mergers and acquisitions, franchising, commercial real estate development, leasing, and secured lending. Johnston was nominated in the Business category for Canadian Lawyer Magazine's 2019 Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers in Canada, has served as Co-Chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce's SME National Committee since 2022, and was president of the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce (2015-2017). Johnston received the Hugh Ladner Memorial Prize in Labour Relations for highest standing in Labour Law at UBC's Faculty of Law.
