About Sareena
Sareena Samra represents clients in all aspects of family law, including parenting time, guardianship, child and spousal support, relocation, exclusive occupancy, protection orders and property division, and has attained successful outcomes in both the Supreme and Provincial Courts of BC. She also drafts marriage and separation agreements and resolves matters through negotiation and mediation. She obtained a Juris Doctor with Honours from Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia, in 2018, after earning a BA in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. She is able to assist clients in English and Punjabi.
