About Sarah

Sarah Boyd is a sole practitioner in Toronto focused on immigration and refugee law, including refugee claims, appeals, admissibility hearings and Federal Court challenges. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2009, articled and worked early on with Lorne Waldman, then worked with Barbara Jackman from 2010 to 2019 before returning to sole practice. She sits on the Immigration and Refugee Board's Refugee and Refugee Appellate panels and accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificates.
