David Fenig started his career at a boutique tax litigation law firm before moving to a downtown Toronto firm, where he expanded into commercial, insolvency, and estates litigation. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal, Tax Court of Canada, and Federal Court of Canada.
