About Sarab
Sarab Atwal is a trial lawyer whose litigation experience includes working for a prosecutor's office in a foreign jurisdiction. After articling with an immigration law firm in Victoria, BC, he joined a boutique litigation firm in downtown Vancouver before returning to the Lower Mainland, where his practice focused on criminal law and family law. He has acted as duty counsel for the Abbotsford and Chilliwack provincial courts, conducted trials and chambers hearings in the Supreme Court of BC, and appeared before the Federal Court of Canada. Sarab favours resolving matters without court involvement where possible, though he litigates when an out-of-court resolution isn't achievable. He provides services in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
