About Sara

Sara Domijan is the founder of Waterview Law and focuses on family law throughout British Columbia. Born and raised in Vancouver, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia before completing her law degree at the University of Melbourne. Domijan completed her articles with Hughes and Company in Vancouver, gaining litigation experience, and later worked as an associate lawyer at a North Vancouver litigation firm focusing on separation, divorce, and child custody matters. She has appeared in the BC Provincial Court, the BC Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. Domijan founded Waterview Law to offer flexible, personalized family law services, including unbundled and remote options, to clients across the province.
