About Santo
Santo Veltri began practicing family law and civil litigation after his call to the bar in 1983. In 1993 he became one of three founding members of Bianchi Presta LLP, and since October 1994 he has served as a standing agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada in Newmarket. His family law work covers child and spousal support, custody and access, divorce, and domestic contracts, and he places a strong emphasis on keeping clients informed through difficult periods of marriage breakdown and transition. Santo's practice also includes drafting wills and powers of attorney and helping families administer the estates of loved ones who have passed. He is active in the community as Chair of the Board of Governors of Villa Colombo Home for the Aged and as a member of the Board of Governors of Villa Charities Inc. Santo earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 1981 and has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 1983.
