Samuel Plett
Samuel Plett is the Head of Litigation at Desloges Law Group, representing clients before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He handles immigration and refugee appeals and complex inadmissibility matters, and offers litigation support services to other lawyers with a focus on Federal Court e-litigation. In 2015 he received the Canadian Bar Association Immigration Law Section Founders' Award.
