About Samuel

Samuel Plett leads litigation at Plett Law, representing clients before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal in immigration and refugee matters, including complex inadmissibility cases. He previously headed litigation at another Canadian immigration and refugee law firm and received the Canadian Bar Association's Immigration Law Section Founders' Award in 2015.
