About Samantha
Samantha Rapoport is a partner at Brown Henderson Melbye whose practice has focused on families, children, and seniors for the better part of a decade. She's a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Victoria and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of British Columbia, where she received the Dean of Arts Award and several academic scholarships. Samantha handles all aspects of family law, appearing regularly in the Provincial and Supreme Courts and representing clients through mediation and arbitration. She has a particular interest in wealth preservation tools such as pre-marital and cohabitation agreements, as well as estate planning, and assists clients with adoption, assisted reproduction, and surrogacy matters. She also mentors UVic law students and supports community legal information initiatives.
