Sam Khajeei practises business, corporate, and commercial law at SK Legal, with more than 15 years of experience advising individuals and businesses in industries including healthcare, oil and gas, engineering services, mining, technology, and logistics. Khajeei's work includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, franchising, and commercial contracts, along with civil litigation and some personal injury matters. Representative matters include advising Variperm Canada Limited on its cross-border acquisition of RGL Reservoir Management and its US subsidiary, and advising Linewise Aerial Solutions on the cross-border sale of its business and assets. Khajeei is a member of the Alberta and British Columbia Bar Association and the Canada Bar Association, and a prospective member of the Bar of the State of New York and the State of Texas. Khajeei regularly speaks and presents on franchising and M&A due diligence for organizations including the Legal Education Society of Alberta and the Canadian Franchise Association.
