About Sam
Sam Davies is an associate lawyer at Bergeron Clifford LLP in Kingston. His civil litigation practice covers medical negligence, mental health matters, motor vehicle and boating accident claims, statutory accident benefits, and other personal injury files, with appearances before the Licence Appeal Tribunal, Small Claims Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal. Before joining the firm he worked at an insurance defence firm in Toronto. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. He currently sits on the City of Kingston's Planning Advisory Committee and volunteers with the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation.
