About Saba
Saba Khan is an employment and human rights lawyer and a trained, certified workplace investigator who has appeared before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, and the Supreme Court of Canada, including Matthews v. Ocean Nutrition, 2020 SCC 26. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School's Master of Laws program and previously worked at a Magic Circle law firm in London, England.
