About Ryan

Ryan Turner advises business clients on corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, agreement negotiation, and financing and secured transactions, along with real property dispositions, financing and development. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2012 after earning his J.D. from the University of Manitoba and a B.Sc. summa cum laude from Minot State University. Ryan is a founding member of the firm's Legal Start team, which serves local small businesses, and volunteers as a director of Kid Sport Winnipeg and the Fort Garry North Hockey Association. He was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers™ in Canada 2026 in Corporate Law and Real Estate Law.
