About Joel

Joel Samphir is the founder and managing principal of Samphir Law, with nearly twenty-five years of experience in both larger corporate firms and as a sole practitioner. He's licensed with the Law Society of Manitoba and the Law Society of Upper Canada, giving him experience in inter-provincial matters. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Winnipeg, earned his law degree from the University of Cardiff in Wales, and completed his Canadian legal education at the University of Manitoba. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, wills and estate administration, and commercial and business law.
