About Ryan

Ryan Edmonds is Of Counsel to Lash Condo Law LLP, where he practises employment law. He began his career at a national firm working with large employers and now focuses on helping small and medium-sized businesses and senior executives handle modern workplace issues. Ryan has taught as an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and has guest lectured at the University of Toronto's Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources. He regularly speaks on employment law panels for the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Human Resources Professionals Association, and his commentary has appeared in outlets such as CBC Radio, the Globe and Mail, and Canadian Lawyer magazine. He holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo.
